It can be daunting starting therapy. Especially if you have never had therapy before.
It is very important to me that as your therapist you feel heard, seen and understood. I want to offer you a warm, comfortable and non judgemental space during our time together.

Therapy is an incredible journey. Together we can grow a strong therapeutic relationship which will impact the work that we do. With regular sessions that are flexible to you, a safe environment with honesty, empathy and compassion therapy can help you to reach the goals or the life changes that you want to see during our time together.
As someone whom has had therapy I understand the importance of feeling relaxed in sessions as well as forming a trusting relationship with the therapist. I strive to make sure that you feel supported and comfortable.
I use person centred therapy, psychotherapy and neuroscience as well as regulating techniques and creativity in my practise.
I work with you at your pace and use therapy best suited to you.
Therapy sessions can take place face to face or online or a mix of both. I also offer walk and talk sessions as a way to be immersed in nature.

I am qualified in counselling and psychotherapy - Level 4 CPCAB
