I’m Chantal, a qualified psychotherapist. I am an easy to talk to, compassionate and gentle therapist.

I understand that life at times can feel hard. You may feel emotionally numb and have a heavy burden that you would like to unload but not sure how or who to talk to about it.

Sessions can either be in person, online via video call or telephone therapy or a mixture of all! I believe that it is important that you feel comfortable in how we have our sessions.

    A chance for you to ask any questions regarding beginning therapy and us working together. There is no pressure during this consult, it is an opportunity for you to see if I am the right fit for you as your therapist.

  • Schedule a therapy session

    Once we have had a consult, if you feel happy to work together then you can book a therapy session either in person, telephone or video call.

  • Begin Therapy

    Together we will work at a pace right for you and explore areas that you would like to discuss or emerge as we continue our sessions.
